I am

I am a community ecologist interested in understanding how global change drivers affect the spatiotemporal distribution of species, their interactions, and how these impacts scale up to modify ecosystem properties or functions. Currently, I am immersed in various captivating projects that revolve around the realm of conservation ecology, from the impact of honey bees on wild bee communities or the global predictors of bird regional functional diversity to the effect of agricultural management and landscape on biodiversity in olive farms or the multi-scale factors affecting interaction diversity in urban green areas. If you are interested in these topics, you will likely find my webpage interesting!

My contribution to science and society revolves around three key focal pillars, each intricately tied to the profound importance of biodiversity conservation: Agroecology, Urban ecology, and Macroecology.
